Order Processing

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

- Other Locations: 5–8 business days

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.

- A shipping charge may apply to orders below ₹999. The applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- COD is available on selected PIN codes across India.

- Trend Hipe reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can track your shipment.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video for verification.
